Exchange & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Bric a Brac. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

For exchange, please return the item/s to us in original condition within 3 days of receiving it. All returns are to be notified in writing within 3 days from date of receipt. Date of receipt is determined as the date our courier officially delivers the order to the address specified. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging and have all tags attached.

Bric a Brac retains full discretion in determining if items are in their original condition when returned. Return shipping method and associated costs are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds are only offered for faulty goods that do not match the description or do not perform to their function.

Used and sale items cannot be exchanged.
