Bric A Brac may collect information about our customers through email and other sources. We will not however, sell or share this information with any other parties.

DELIVERY:

Standard orders are typically processed between 3-4 business days and shipped using the selected carrier.

SHIPPING:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. When sending returned items to us we recommend that you use registered tracking courier as we do not take responsibility for the loss of items being returned. This may result in us being unable to process your refund or exchange. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

PAYMENT METHODS:

We only accept payment via Online transfer. For Karachi customers, pickup option is available, details will be provided at your contact number. Bric A Brac bank details will be provided to you at checkout.

Please note in case of online transfer, your order process is only complete once we have received proof of full payment.

Customers have 3 business days to produce proof of full payment until which time your order will be held for you. Proof of payment must be sent via email to bricabrac.co20@gmail.com. If proof of full payment has not been received in 3 business days we cannot guarantee the availability of the items you have selected to purchase.
